The Timberland Regional Library have scheduled meetings, including one locally, to get community feedback and input on their draft 2020-2022 Strategic Plan;
Our Communities Connected
Connecting People, Places, and Things
Welcoming, Accessible, Sustainable, Diverse, and Collaborative
Cultivating Diversity and Inclusion, Investing in Local Communities,
and Supporting Youth Engagement
Library Director Cheryl Haywood spoke to the Grays Harbor County Commissioners this week, saying that this is the next step in an ongoing process.
Five meetings have been scheduled in August to discuss the draft plan. Grays Harbor and Pacific County residents can learn more on Wednesday, August 21 from 6-7pm at the Hoquiam Timberland Library or Tuesday, August 27 from 6-7pm at the Ilwaco Timberland Library.
According to TRL, the goal is to have the next version of the 2020-2022 Strategic Plan available in September and included in their eNewsletter, which will be emailed out after September 20. They hope that this will give time for their committee to review community feedback
