Transit bus leaves road on State Route 105

An accident that took a Grays Harbor Transit bus off the road on Thursday saw no injuries.

The Washington State Patrol tells KXRO that a 61 year old GH Transit driver was heading south on SR 105 yesterday when the accident occured.

As the transit bus was heading towards Westport from Aberdeen, the bus left the road to the right, and went into the ditch. Photos from the scene show the bus in standing water.

The bus did see damage following the accident and was towed from the scene. The driver of the bus and a 25 year old passenger saw no injuries following the accident.

Drugs and alcohol were not involved, although the driver is facing charges of Faluire to Maintain Lane.
