Three car collision in Central Park sends three to hospital

A three car collision in Central Park backed up traffic in both directions earlier today. The Washington State Patrol says that the roads have been cleared.

The accident occurred in the westbound lanes on Highway 12 near the 711. One car struck a pick up truck forcing it into a light standard. The car then struck another vehicle head on.

There were three people transported to hospitals from the accident but it is unclear at this time the severity of their injuries.
