Semi truck roll over blocks SR 108

A semi rolled onto its side and blocked State Route 108 for over 7 hours.

The Washington State Patrol tells KXRO that just before 6:30am Thursday morning a 64 year old Port Angeles man was heading west on 108 about one mile east of McCleary in a Semi Truck when it left the road to the right and rolled onto its side.

The State Patrol said it blocked both lanes and the Washington State Department of Transportation said that road was cleared just before 2:00pm in the afternoon.

The State Patrol said the man was transported to the hospital for his injuries.

They say the cause of the accident was inattention.
