Montesano, WA – A local company won the bid for the work on Montesano’s waste water treatment plant.
An update on the Montesano waste water treatment plant was looked at during Montesano’s council meeting last night.
Three bids were received with Rognlin’s Inc. winning which will authorize the Mayor to sign a contract with Rognlin’s for $3,430,185.47 for the waste water treatment plant protection project.
Phase 2 of the waste water treatment plant is going to add more log jacks to the riverbank with a total of 240 new log jacks which will add to already existing log jacks that were placed on the riverbank last year.
These log jacks will help to prevent erosion by collecting organic and earth material which overtime will create a new riverbank.
