Representative Derek Kilmer will be in Grays Harbor next week, and will begin a series of town halls throughout the region with an event Monday in Westport.

Rep. Kilmer announced that he will be holding 4 in-person events as well as a telephone town hall over the next few weeks in order to hear from constituents.

On Monday, August 26, Rep. Kilmer will be at McCausland Hall next to the Westport Maritime Museum starting at 5:30pm before traveling through the district, ending the series with a telephone town hall on Monday, September 9 that is open to anyone.

These meetings will all be open to the public.

“I work for the people I represent and it’s important to me that I get opportunities to hear directly from you,” said Rep. Kilmer. “I hope folks will be able to join one of my upcoming town halls to share their ideas and concerns.”

Rep. Kilmer held town halls earlier this year in Tacoma, Poulsbo, Belfair, Port Angeles, Quilcene, Montesano, and on Facebook.

Doors open 30 minutes prior to the listed start time. Press are welcome to attend.
