Peninsula Moose Lodge Donates $500 to Pacific County K-9 Program.

Pacific County Sheriff Scott Johnson accepted a $ 500 check to help assist their K-9 program from the Peninsula Moose Lodge.

“For many years, the Moose Lodge has been a steadfast supporter of the program by donating thousands of dollars.”

Donations from the lodge traditionally come from proceeds of their annual car show, although the lodge said that they didn’t raise the funds that they expected and this year their board added funds from their own account.

Sheriff Johnson said, “I would like to thank the men and women of the Peninsula Moose Lodge for their kind and generous donation towards our program. The donated funds will help keep our very successful K-9 program operating.”

Along with the K-9 program, the Moose lodge donated to the Long Beach Peninsula Boys and Girls Club, Pack 2 School and to Camp Victory.
