Next step taken toward courtroom construction

Grays Harbor is working towards courtroom construction.

The Grays Harbor County Commissioners passed a resolution that created a Capital Projects Fund for a reserve for courtroom construction at their meeting Monday.

Commissioner Vickie Raines says they have money from a building sale to put into the fund.

The commissioners said the total cost of the construction is expected to be around $700,000 and they are currently waiting on funding before a timeline can be set.
