New food service agreement for Grays Harbor County Jail

Inmates at the Grays Harbor County Jail will have a new diet.

The Grays Harbor County Commissioners approved a food service partnership with Summit Food Service for the jail at their meeting yesterday.

Commissioner Randy Ross said that the change is to comply with jail standards.

Commissioner Vickie Raines further explained the need for the change.

The agreement with Summit Food Service will run through December 15, 2023.
