Lightning causes power outage

A lightning strike caused over 2,000 people to lose power over the weekend.

The Grays Harbor PUD tells KXRO that on Friday night lightening tripped a breaker knocking out power to 2,781 customers in Copalis Crossing, Pacific Beach, Taholah, and Moclips.

Power was restored to all but four customers in under three hours.
