Hoquiam River flooding city streets

The City of Hoquiam says that the city is experiencing significant flooding along the Hoquiam River that has not been seen for many, many years.

Motorists should use extreme caution along Broadway and Endressen which have flood waters over the roadways.

The Hoquiam River has gone over its banks along Levee Street, C Street, and is near flooding near the Humdinger/SR 101.

Citizens who need sandbags should come to the public works shop located behind City Hall.

Below is a photo of the flooding on Broadway near Division Street and a home along Broadway adjacent to the River.
