Home values adjusted around Grays Harbor

Some property owners will see a change in their home values this week.

Grays Harbor County Assessor Dan Lindgren tells KXRO that his office sent out change of value notices to parts of Grays Harbor on Friday October 14th.

Property owners in the Hoquiam, Quinault, Wishkah, Cosmopolis, and Brooklyn School Districts will be receiving those notices this week.

Other parts of the county will also be receiving these notices if their property values have changed.

These new assessed values will affect your property taxes payable in 2017.

If you do not receive a change of value notice this week, your assessed value most likely did not change this year.
