Grays Harbor residents asked to assist in disaster preparation

The Grays Harbor County Emergency Management is inviting all Grays Harbor County residents to participate in the Emergency Management Citizen Expectations Survey.

Chuck Wallace, Deputy Director of Emergency Management, says that the survey was created to determine answers to questions regarding disaster notification, citizen preparation and expectations, and community education.

Emergency Management will use responses to the survey to develop a plan to best deliver weather and disaster news and updates, and educate the public. The 27 question survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete and will be available on-line through the end of August.
