Driver receives DUI after rolling his truck

A Montesano man drove intoxicated through an intersection and rolled his truck.

According to a report from the Washington State Patrol, just after 2am on Sunday morning, a 25 year old Montesano man was driving his 1988 Toyota pickup while intoxicated, heading south of Montesano on State Route 107.

As he approached the intersection of SR 107 and Highway 101, the 25 year old left the road, driving over the shoulder and through the WSDOT park and ride. The truck hit a dirt berm, launching it into the air. After rolling, the truck landed on the driver side in the right lanes of Highway 101.

The Montesano man was taken to Grays Harbor Community Hospital with his injuries and charged with a DUI.
