Commissioners hold first evening meeting

The Grays Harbor County Commissioners had the first evening meeting of their trial schedule last night to see if it would help more people attend and without counting members of the press or county staff, there were five people who joined the meeting.

Two of the members of the public thanked the commissioners for the evening meeting including Ray Brown of Westport during the public comment session.

The Commissioners will have evening meetings on the first Monday of every month at 6:00pm through November as a trial before deciding if they will keep the new schedule.
