Citizen Disaster Exercise rescheduled

The Grays Harbor County Citizen Disaster Exercise has been rescheduled for Saturday December 7th from 10-3pm at the South Shore Mall in Aberdeen.

This is an opportunity for volunteer groups, local churches, and citizens to participate and set up an actual assembly area, medical shelter, mass feeding area, communications and also to attend one or two class sessions on preparedness.

The exercise was scheduled originally for September 21, but had to be postponed days before the event.

Deputy Director of Emergency Management Chuck Wallace said that the office was sorry, but circumstances forced the change.
