ATV DRIVER INJURED IN COUNTY LINE ACCIDENT

The Pacific County Sheriff’s department reports the driver of an ATV was transported to Harborview Medical Center on Saturday after being thrown from his vehicle near Grayland.  Captain Pat Matlock says the man driving on a logging access road when the ATV failed to make it around a turn, struck a tree and threw the man to the ground causing serious injuries.  The man’s two companions, his son and a male friend were uninjured.
