City officials outnumbered residents 4 to 1 last night at the latest in a series of community meetings from the City of Aberdeen. Only 3 residents spoke up at the community meeting in the South Shore Mall community room.

Aberdeen Police Chief Bob Torgerson reminds residents that cannot attend any of the meetings, that there are public meetings twice a month within the Aberdeen City Council Meetings.

Officials say that despite the fact the community meetings are being held in wards across the city, any residents are welcome to any meeting to tell City Officials what matters most to you. Officials will listen to your concerns and the official in charge of your concern will respond directly to your questions outside of the meeting.

The next community meeting is tonight at Harbor City Church at 7pm. The final meeting in the series is Monday starting at 7pm in the Robert Gray Elementary gymnasium.
