75-unit housing development proposed in Elma

Elma, WA – According to a Notice of Public Hearing obtained by KXRO, the City of Elma is welcoming the public to comment on the possibility of a new housing unit in Elma near Summit Pacific Medical Center.

In the notice, it states that the owner of the property, Terry Graham, has proposed building a “three story Multifamily 75-unit” housing development at the corner of Oakhurst Drive and F Street.

The City of Elma will conduct a hearing on the project to receive any comments from the public and anyone related to the project.

The hearing has been set for Tuesday, August 13 at 1:30 pm in the Elma Council Chambers.

The city states that they have already reviewed the site, and the project will pose no “probable significant environmental impacts”.
