The Harbor is forecast to have a sunny Thursday, but the weather changes will come fast and furious on Friday.

The National Weather Service has issued a Special Weather Statement that says – in part – a vigorous cold front will move through western Washington during the day Friday.

This front will likely be accompanied by locally windy conditions in the lowlands and rapidly falling snow levels in the mountains.

At this time…forecast models are showing a potential for gale force winds over some of the inland waters that will likely arrive around the afternoon high tide.
