GRAYS HARBOR UNEMPLOYMENT TOPS 13%

The rate in Grays Harbor is back over 13%. The December numbers released today by the Department puts the county rate at 13.1%, up from 12.7% in November. Pacific County dropped slightly for the month, down to 11.8%. Numbers indicate that out of a workforce of over 30-thousand, 3970 Grays Harbor residents are on , while Pacific County has 1080 on the rolls. Statewide the rate moved up slightly to 9.3%.
