GRAYS HARBOR UNEMPLOYMENT HIGHEST IN WASHINGTON

The non-adjusted numbers contain grim news for Grays Harbor. With 13.8-percent in June, the county now has the highest rate in the state of Washington. According to the report released by the Office today, the county added 290 unemployed persons last month to increase the rate by one point and push it past Ferry County for the dubious distinction. To the south, Pacific County inched down slightly, dropping below 12-percent to 11.6-percent.
