GRAYLAND DEATH INVESTIGATION CONTINUES

An autopsy will be carried out late today on the human remains found beneath a trailer at a Grayland trailer park on Monday evening. Grays Harbor Undersheriff Rick Scott says x-rays yesterday confirmed that the decomposing remains were human and that authorities are still attempting to learn the identity of the deceased. Scott says the x-ray also shows some level of dismemberment, but the extent of it is unknown at this time. The sheriff's office is still on the lookout for the woman who lived in the trailer. Sherry Hamm has not been seen since August 10th driving a gray 1994 Chevrolet Caprice, license number 825-SNP. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to contact the sheriff's office. |
