Ballots have to be postmarked by tomorrow for school elections in Washington. A total of 165 school districts
are asking voters to approve more than $4.6 billion in property taxes for maintenance and operation levies.  Administrators in the Twin Harbors will be watching as the polls close at 8:00 Tuesday night.
