ECOLOGY GRANT WILL KEEP HARBOR ROADS CLEAN

Grays Harbor County has received funding to cover supervisory and supply costs for the county litter control program from the . The grant will bring the county just under $64-thousand for the litter patrols that will run from July 2011 to June 2012 clearing some staggering numbers of trash from county roads including 200-thousand pounds of trash. Commissioner Terry Willis says the grant will cover over 12-hundred miles of roads and 12-thousand hours of serviced crew work.
